伪静态规则能否去除一部分呢

<match url="^([a-z]+)\.html$" ignoreCase="false" />
<action type="Rewrite" url="/index.php?a=show&pinyin={R:1}" appendQueryString="false" />
</rule>
以上的伪静态规则 把网站首页的index.html 也算在里面了，导致网站根目录没有index.php 伪静态成了index.html 而根目录下真正纯静态的index.html却打不开
能否独立把index.html 伪静态规则去掉呢？
