This impacted service would then continue automatically renewing at a 12-month renewal duration going forward, unless you take action to modify or cancel. We found that the first auto-renew of that 12-month duration, which occurred during 2024-01, failed to renew your service for the 12-month renewal duration, paid up-front. Instead, your service was renewed for a 1-month renewal duration. We apologize for this inconvenience caused and want to ensure we honor your selection in the promotion.

Please be advised that on February 1st, 2024 we will correct the auto-renew issue and invoice the impacted service for the remaining total of 11-months, paid up-front. Doing so will place your promotional service back onto the 12-month renewal duration, paid up-front going forward.
